In some situations such as rush hour, unfavorable weather conditions (eg heavy rain, storm...) or other situations affecting the number of drivers willing to accept the orders, the system will take a more time to find a driver for your order. If your order is still looking for a driver, please wait for a few more minutes. In case the system does not find the driver after 2 times (within 10 minutes), your order will be automatically canceled without needing you to do anything.

In some cases, due to the busy store/restaurant, the large number of items in your order, or unfavorable traffic conditions, the delivery time may be a little later than the scheduled time. You can call the driver to check the status of your order. The driver may be on the road, so please be patient and call again if you can't connect him right away.
